Ron Adkins brings over 20 years of U.S. health system leadership experience to Vietnamese healthcare organizations navigating growth and transformation. His expertise spans value-based care and population health — including leading the development of a Population Health program that grew to over $8 million in value-based revenue — along with multi-state Palliative Care program development, OB/GYN clinic management, and large-scale ambulatory operations. As co-founder of CompassCare Global LLC, an international healthcare coordination company connecting U.S. patients with care in Vietnam, Ron brings a rare combination of deep U.S. health system expertise and firsthand Vietnam market knowledge. He works directly with health system leaders on a consulting basis, available for both short-term engagements and extended advisory roles.
